A three night minimum is required for holiday weekends; a two-night minimum stay is required for other weekends.

Deposits
For a multiple night stay, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation shall be made in advance and guaranteed with a credit card.  For a one night stay, full payment of the total amount of the reservation shall be made in advance and guaranteed with a credit card.

Cancellations
For any cancellations made 14 days prior to scheduled arrival, a refund will be given, less a $50 administrative charge. For cancellations received within 14 days of scheduled arrival, full charge will be applied for the total amount of the reservation and is non-refundable.

Payment
Via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, personal/travelers checks and cash.

Arrival and departure
Check-in - between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., unless prior arrangements have been made.
Check-out - by 11:00 a.m.
For the comfort of all, we offer a non smoking environment. Regretfully we are not equipped for pets or children under 12.
